NIDHI SINGH

Nidhi has attained Masters in Corporate Laws from Hidayatullah National Law University, after graduating from Faculty of law, Jamia Millia Islamia. She is a member of Bar Council of Delhi.

Nidhi has worked with eminent lawyers in Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi. Her areas of specialization are Insurance Laws, General and Commercial Contracts, Corporate Laws and Intellectual Property Laws amongst others. Nidhi has also worked as an In-House Attorney in one of the distinguished brands of the insurance sector, SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd. She is ardent about International Commercial Arbitration and has also contributed to several academic journals on the subject. Also, during her term in insurance sector, she has experience of representing her company in various Mediation and Arbitration hearings including in all The Ombudsman Centres around the nation. She is a young, engrossed and zealous Lawyer.

UPASNA SHUKLA

After obtaining her law degree Upasna entered the corporate world and worked as an in-house Legal Counsel in the Information Technology and Real Estate Sectors before switching to general practice. She has worked under the guidance of Senior Lawyers in the Supreme Court of India and has been a part of pro bono cases and legal aid and education drives. Her principal areas of practice are contract law, land laws, labour and employment laws, and environmental laws among others. She also holds a masters degree in Corporate and Commercial Laws. She is a passionate and driven lawyer who always has her eyes set on the bigger picture.
